It's total surface is of 92.21 ha. Has a wide variety of tree and pine species for it's cultivation and pruning:
22 ha. (24%) with theGregii pine variety, Patula andSpeudostrobus Apulcensis estimated in 27,600 pines.
12 ha. (13%) have plantations of Cupressus estimated in 12,000 trees.
30 ha. (32%) have plantations of Cupressus too, estimated in 23,000 trees.
7 ha. (7.5%) natural Speudotrobus Apulcensis pine forest with 500 trees about 45 to 50 years old.
22 ha. (23.5%) of "sotobosque" area, some cultivation terrain, a small guava area and a "pinetum·. It's surface will be reforested at a rate of 4 to 5 anual ha. by the time it's subjected to utilization.
The sawmill is in an excellent condition and working. It counts with all the felling and autosuplying of wood permisions, the only ones in the state of Puebla. It has all the necesary machines and a solid construction of 500 m2 aprox. At the time, wood boxes ("huacales") are manufacturated for the transportation of fruist and vegetables, with potential clients in the Mexico City Supply Central.
"Paco Miguel" Estate
This estate has a terrain of 22,000 m2 completely surrounded by a stone fence between 2 and 5 m. tall. The house has 800 m2 of construction in 3 levels:
